Ingredients: Fry Vegetables Oil - 1 tbsp Potato - 1 medium Cauliflower - 50 gms French Beans - 5 Carrot - 1 medium
Gravy Masala Paste Kashmiri Red Chillies - 4 Cloves(Laung) - 4 Cardamom(Elaichi) - 2 Cinnamon(Dalchini) - 1 inch Garlic - 5 cloves Ginger - 1 inch Onion - 1 medium Salt - 1 tsp(to soften the onions) Cashew nut - 10 Tomatoes - 2 medium
Gravy: Oil - 2 tbsp Butter - 1 tbsp Asafoetida(Hing) - 1/4 tsp Red Chilly Powder - To taste Turmeric - 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder - 1 tsp Masala paste Green peas - 1/4 cup Paneer cubes - 100 gms Fried Veggies Water - 1 glass Coriander - 1 tbsp
Tempering(Tadka) Oil - 1 tbsp Cumin(Jeera) - 1tsp Green Chillies - To taste Red Chillies - To taste
