पाटवडी रस्सा | Patwadi Recipe

Ingredients:
Patwadi
Chickpea Flour(Besan) - 1 cup
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp(To taste)
Turmeric (Haldi) - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Water - To knead dough
Oil - 1 tsp

Patwadi Rassa:
Masala Paste
Oil - 1 tbsp
Bay Leaf(TejPatta) - 1
Kashmiri Red Chillies - 2
Cardamom(Elaichi) - 2
Cinnamon(Dalchini) - 1 inch
Cloves(Laung) - 3
Black Pepper - 10
Corainder Seeds - 1 tsp
Poppy seeds(Khus Khus) - 1 tsp
Coconut - 2 tbsp grated
Garlic - 5 cloves
Ginger - 1 inch
Onion - 1 large
Salt - 1 tsp (To soften the onion fast)

Rassa Recipe:
Oil - 4 tbsp
Cumin(Jeera) - 1 tsp
Asafoetida(Hing) - 1/4 tsp
Masala Paste
Red Chilli Powder - To taste
Turmeric(Haldi) - 1/2 tsp
Corainder(Dhaniya) Powder - 1 tsp
Salt - To taste
Warm water - 2 glasses
Patwadi
Coriander - 1 tbsp
