Ingredients Basmati Rice - 3 cups Water - 500 ml to soak the rice Ghee - 2 tbsp Caraway seeds(Shah Jeera) - 1 tbsp Cinnamon(Dalchini) -1 tbsp Star Anise(Chakra Phool) - 1 Cardamom(Elaichi) - 4 Mace(Javitri) - 1 Cloves (Laung) - 6 Black pepper - 1/2 tsp(10 to 12) Bay Leaf(Tej Patta) - 2 Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp Green Chillies - To taste(I have taken 3 slit) Onions - 2 large Salt - To taste Mint leaves - 1 cup Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp Water - 4 and 1/2 cups for cooking(For 1 cup of rice,1and 1/2 cup of water). We have used 3 cups so 4 and 1/2 cups of water.
Tips: 1)Use Rice and Water proportion precisely i.e. 1 cup of rice,1and 1/2 cup of water. 2)Don't stir you rice too much it breaks the rice.
