Onion Tomatoes Paste Oil - 1 tbsp Bay Leaf(Tej Patta) - 1 Cinnamon(Dalchini) - 1 inch Cardamom(Elaichi) - 2 Black Cardamom(Badi Elaichi) - 1 Cloves(Laung) - 1 Onion - 1 medium thinly slices Salt - 1 tsp helps soften the onions faster Tomatoes - 2 medium sliced
Matar Paneer Gravy Oil - 1 tbsp Ghee - 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp Red Chilly Powder - To taste Turmeric(Haldi) - 1/2 tsp Coriander(Dhaniya) Powder - 1 tsp Onion Tomaotes Paste Salt - To taste Green Peas(Matar) - 1 cup (250 gms) Fried Paneer - 200 gms Coriander - 1 tbsp finely chopped Sugar - 1 tsp(Optional).Helps balance the taste.
