Ingredients: Onion Tomatoes Paste Oil - 1 tbsp Kashmiri/Bedgi Red Chiliies - 3 (For the color). Cinnamon(Dalchini) - 1 inch Bay Leaf(Tej Patta) - 2 small or 1 big Cloves(Laung) - 3 Cardamom(Elaichi) - 2 Black Cardamom(Badi Elaichi) - 1 Onion - 1 medium thinly sliced Salt - 1 tsp(Helps soften the onion faster). Cashew Nut - 5 to 6(You can add more if you want the gravy to be creamy). Tomatoes - 2 medium sliced Butter - 2 tbsp Water - 250 ml
Cauliflower/Gobi Frying Oil - 3 tbsp(Use the same oil for gravy) Cauliflower Florets - 250 gms
Shahi Gobi Gravy Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp Red Chilly Powder - To taste Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder - 1 tsp for color Turmeric(Haldi) - 1/2 tsp Coriander(Dhaniya) Powder - 1 tsp Onion Tomatoes Paste Salt - To taste Fried Cauliflower florets Curd - 3 tbsp whisked Fennel(Saunf) powder - 1 tsp Roasted Cumin(Jeera) powder - 1 tsp Toasted and crushed Fenugreek leaves(Kasuri Methi) - 1 tsp Coriander(Dhaniya) - 2 tbsp finely chopped.
