Tasty Lauki Koftas that go well with rotis, parathas and rice. Ingredients: Lauki Kofta: Bottle gourd(Lauki) - 1 medium Ginger - 1 tbsp Green chillies - to taste Black Pepper - 1 tsp Roasted Cumin(Jeera) powder - 1 tbsp Carrom(Ajwain) seeds - 1 tsp Coriander(Dhaniya) Powder - 1 tsp Coriander - 1 tbsp Turmeric(Haldi) - 1/2 tsp Salt - to taste Gram Flour(Besan) - 1 cup
Frying kota: Oil for frying - 200 ml
Kofta gravy: Kashmiri red chillies - 3 Cloves(Laung) - 3 Black Cardamom(Badi Elaichi) - 1 Green Cardamom(Elaichi) - 2 Cinnamon(Dalchini) - 1 inch Onion - 1 large Salt - 1 tsp Tomatoes - 2 large Cashew nut - 10 Oil - 2 tbsp Green Chillies - To taste Gingler Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder - To taste Turmeric(Haldi) - 1/2 tsp Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp Masala paste Kasuri Methi - 1 tbsp Coriander - 1 tbsp
