Today I am sharing a simple and tasty recipe of Hyderabadi Green Chicken Curry. In this chicken is cooked in green masala with some selected spices and nuts paste. Hope u will like my recipe. Do give this a try and share ur experience in comments.
Ingredients
For Green Masala Paste: Onion - 2 Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup Mint leaves - 1/4 cup Green Chilli - 8 to 10 Water - to make paste
For Dry Fruit Paste: Almonds - 10 soaked Cashew - 10 soaked Water - to make paste
For making Gravy: Chicken - 500g Oil - 1/4 cup Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Black peppercone - 8 to 10 Black cardamon - 1 Green Cardamon - 2 Bay leave - 2 Cinnamon stick - 1 Star anise - small piece Green masala paste - 1 cup (prepared earlier) Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp Coriander powder - 2 tbsp Cumin powder - 1 tsp Garam masala powder - 1 tsp Salt - as required Dry fruit paste - 4 tbsp (prepared earlier) Curd or yoghurt - 1/2 cup Dry Fenugreek leaves or Kasturi methi - 2 tbsp
