Today I am sharing a simple and easy recipe of chicken Kandi for Iftar. In this marinated chicken is inserted in skewers coated with bread crumb and egg which is deep fried. Hope u will like my recipe. Do give this a try and share ur experience in comments.
Ingredients
Chicken - 500g boneless (cut into cubes) Green chillies - 10 Garlic - 10 to 15 Ginger - 2 inch Mint leaves - 1/2 cup Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Garam masala - 1 tsp Black pepper - 1/2 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Salt - as per taste Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp Bread crumbs - as required (to coat) Egg - 3 to 4 Oil - for frying
