Today I am sharing a popular and spicy Indo - chinese starter recipe with u all that is #ChickenChillidry. In this, tender chicken piece is deep fried until crispy and than tossed in spicy sauce. Hope u will like my recipe do give this a try and share ur experience with me in comments.
Ingredients
For marination and Frying: Chicken - 250g boneless cut into cube Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp Soy sauce - 1 tbsp Chilly sauce - 1 tbsp Black pepper - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Cornflour - 2 tbsp Refined flour/ maida - 1 tbsp Oil - for frying
For chilli chicken gravy: Oil - 4 tbsp Ginger - 1 tbsp finely chopped Garlic - 1 tbsp finely chopped Spring onion - 2 tbsp finely chopped Green chillies - 5 sliced Capsicum - 1 cut into cubes Onion - 1 cut into cubes Soy sauce - 2 tbsp Chilly sauce - 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp Black pepper - 1/2 tsp Chinese salt - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Cornflour slurry - ( cornflour 1 tsp + 3 tbsp water) Green onions leave - 1/4 cup
