Today I am sharing a simple and easy recipe of Chinese Biryani. It is basically a Chinese Rice which is assembled like biryani. Hope u will.like my recipe. Do give this a try and share ur experience in comments.
Ingredients
For Boiling Rice: Basmati rice - 3 cups or 750g soaked for 30 min Salt - 1 tbsp Water - for Boiling Rice
For vegetable layer: Chicken - 300g boneless Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp Salt - as per taste
Oil - 1/4 cup Garlic - 2 tbsp chopped Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp Spring onions stem - 1/4 cup Spring onion - 1/4 cup Carrot - 1 cup sliced French beans - 1 cup chopped Capsicum - 1 cup sliced Cabbage - 2 cups sliced Chicken cube - 1 Chinese salt - 1 tbsp Black pepper - 1 tsp Chilli flakes - 1 tbsp Salt - as per taste Schezwan sauce - 1 tbsp Soy sauce - 1 tbsp Red chilli sauce - 1 tbsp Spring onions leaves - 1/4 cup
