Today I am sharing a Ramadan Special Recipe Of Shahi Chicken Cheese Roll.
In this chicken mince is marinated with selected spices and stuffed with cheese which is dipped in egg and deep fried.Hope u will like my recipe. Do give this a try and share ur experience in comments.

Chicken Mince - 500g
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Green Chilli paste - 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Cheese Slice - 8
Bread crumb - to coat
Egg - 2
Oil - for frying
