Chicken Tikka Pizza Recipe On Tawa

Today I am sharing a simple and easy Chicken Tikka Pizza recipe. I have prepared it in pan without oven. Hope u will like my recipe. Do give this a try and share ur experience in comments.

Ingredients

For Dough:
All purpose flour/maida - 1/2 kg
Salt - as per taste
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Active dry yeast - 2 tsp
Oil - 4 tbsp
Lukewarm water - 2 cup

For Chicken Tikka:
Boneless Chicken - 200 g
Salt - as per taste
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Curd - 2 tbsp
Red food colour - 1 pinch
Oil - 2 tbsp

For assembling pizza:
Pizza sauce - 2 tbsp
Mozarella cheese - 1/2 cup
Onion - sliced
Capsicum - sliced
Tomato - sliced
Pizza seasoning - 2 tbsp
Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
Oil/butter - to grease pan
