Delicious Turkish Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
For Chicken Marination:
Chicken - 500g boneless
Ginger garlic paste - 1.5 tbsp
Yoghurt/curd - 4 tbsp
Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Oregano - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
For White Sauce:
Butter - 2 tbsp
Refined flour/maida - 2 tbsp
Milk - 1 cup
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Mixed herbs - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 4tbsp
Mozrella cheese - 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Oregano - 1 pinch
