Today I am sharing a recipe of Kacche Keeme ke kabab.This kabab is very simple and easy to make and yet very delicious. Hope u will like my recipe. Do give this a try and share ur experience in comments.
Ingredients
For masala paste: Garlic - 10 cloves Green chillies - 6 to 8 Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
For marinating kabab: Mince/Keema - 500g (mutton or beef) Prepared Masala paste - 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp Garam masala powder - 1 tbsp Crushed red chilli - 1 tbsp Crushed coriander seeds - 1 tbsp Salt - as per taste Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp Mint leaves - 1/2 cup chopped Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup chopped Ghee/butter - 2 tbsp
