Roasted Baingan Ka Bharta Recipe
Today I am sharing a simple and delicious recipe of Bhaingan Bharta. It is a smoky indian curry made with fire-roasted eggplant and spices. Hope u will like my recipe. Do give this a try and share ur experience in comments.
Ingredients
Eggplant/ Baingan - 1 (roasted and mashed)
Tomato - 2 (roasted and mashed)
Garlic clove - 6
Green chilli - 3
Oil - 4 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Onion - 2 finely chopped
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Maggi Magic Masala - 1 packet
Salt - as per taste
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup chopped
