Ingredients
For Keema Stuffing: Oil - 3 tbsp Mutton mince/keema - 250g Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp Green chili paste - 1 tbsp Salt - as per taste Turmeric - 1/4 tsp Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp roasted and crushed Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp roasted and crushed Red chilli powder - 1 tsp Garam Masala powder - 1 tsp Onion - 1 cup chopped Spring onion leaves - 1 cup Fresh coriander leaves - 4 tbsp
For maida mixture: Maida - 2 tbsp Water - 4 tbsp
Other Ingredients: Samosa patti - as required Oil - for frying Green chutney - to serve
