250 kgs Mutton Keema / मटन कीमा 1/2 cup Split Bengal Gram (Soaked) / चना दाल 1 Onion (Chopped) / प्याज 2 Green Chillies / हरी मिर्च 1 tbsp Green Garlic / हरा लहसुन 1 tbsp Ginger (chopped) / अदरक 10- 12 Mint Leaves / पुदीने की पत्तियां Coriander Leaves / धनिये के पत्ते 1 cup Water / पानी
