Dessicated coconut 1tbsp
Fry Onion 1 medium size
Meat minced (Beef/chicken/mutton) 1/2kg
Onion chopped 1 big
Coriander Leaves 2 handful
Mint leaves 1 handful
Green chilli chopped 3 - 4
Ginger Garlic paste 2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1tsp
Chilli flakes 1/2tsp
Crushed coriander seed 1tsp
Roasted cumin seeds powder 1tsp
Black pepper powder 1/4tsp
Crushed carom seed 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder 1tsp
Salt as per taste
Roasted bengal gram powder 4tbsp
Clarified butter / Butter 1tbsp
