INGREDIENTS
Marconi pasta – 2 cup Salt- 1 tsp Water- 3-4 cup Tomato – 2 (Finely chopped) Onion – 1 (Finely chopped) Capsicum -1 (Finely chopped) Carrot- 1 (Finely chopped) Green chilli-2 (Finely chopped) Corn – 2 tsp Spring onion- 2 tsp Coriander – 2 tsp Ginger- 1 tsp (grated) Garlic – 1 tsp Salt – 1 tsp Red chilli powder- ½ tsp Coriander powder- ½ tsp Maggie masala- ½ tsp Chaat masala- ½ tsp Cumin seeds- ½ tsp Oil -4 tsp
INSTRUCTIONS
Heats a pan add 3 cups of water and 1 tsp of salt and 1tsp oil, Bring it to a boil. Add 2 cup macaroni, cook macaroni on medium flame till they cook properly. Drain all the water and keep it aside. Heat a pan with oil and add cumin seed, garlic, ginger sauté them. Now add green chilli, onion and sauté on a low-medium until they turn pink. Now add chopped veggies and fry them for few seconds until they get crunchy. Then add tomatoes and cook until they soften. Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder, maggie masala , chat masala, and salt. When the tomatoes and veggies blend well, add the cooked macroni and mix gently. Sprinkle coriander leaves and spring onion. Indian style veg macaroni is ready.
