Purpose Flour (maida) – 1 cup Salt – a pinch Water – 3/4 cup Bread crumbs For Frying

Method
Step 1: Ingredients we used listed above
Step 2: To prepare the mixture for aloo tikki take a bowl and add mashed potato, capsicum, onion and green chilli,corn ,chaat masala, salt mix them together
Step 3: Grease your hands with oil for making tikki.
Take a small portion of the mixture Roll to shape it into a tikki. Repeat the same for the remaining mixture and keep them aside.
Step 4: Mix together flour, salt and water to make slurry.
Now dip the aloo tikki in the slurry and then dunk it in bread crumbs. Coat the crumbs evenly
Step 5: Then deep fry them on hot oil till the outside is golden brown in colour.
Step 6: Cut half the burger bun and spread burger sauce/ burger mayonnaise on both sides.
On bottom side of bun place few lettuce, slice of tomato and rings of onion.
Cover with burger bun and press slightly.
Step 7: Finally, serve aloo tikki burger.
