Ghee (clarified butter) – 5-6 Tbsp Sugar – 1 cup Atta (whole wheat flour) – 1 Cup Water – 2 Cups Cardamom powder – ¼ Tbsp

Method
Step 1: Take a pan add water and sugar into it .cook till one boil or sugar is dissolve. Step 2: Take another pan heat the ghee and add atta and mix them well. Step 3: Cook on a slow flame till the colour changes into a golden brown. When aata changes into golden brown Step 4: Add the syrup and mix it well. Cook till it absorbs all the water. Step 5: Cover the pan and cook for 2-3 min till the halwa release ghee. Step 6: Serve hot with dry fruits.
