INGREDIENTS
FOR BOILING: Sweet Corn -1 cup Salt - ¼ tbsp
FOR FRYING: Cup corn flour -2 tbsp Cup rice Flour – 2 tbsp Pepper Powder -1/2 tbsp Salt - ½ tbsp Red chilli powder – ½ tbsp Cumin powder – ½ tbsp Oil, for frying
FOR MASALA: Red chilli powder -1/2 tbsp Aamchur – ½ tbsp Salt – ¼ tbsp Lemon juice – ½ tbsp Coriander, finely chopped – 2 tbsp

INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Firstly, take a pan add water and salt,add 1 cup sweet corn and boil for a minute, drain off the sweet corn to remove excess water.
Step 2 : Then take a bowl add sweet corn, corn flour, cup rice flour, amchoor powder, pepper powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder and salt.
Step 3 : Mix it gently and make sure the flour is coated well to sweet corn.
Step 4: Deep fry sweet corns in hot oil on medium, stir it and fry until it turns golden brown.
Step 5: Take it off over kitchen paper to remove excess oil, take the fried corn into a bowl.
Step 6: Add chilli powder, aamchur and salt and lemon juice mix everything well, add coriander.
Finally crispy corn is ready to serve.
