INGREDIENTS
Vermicelli- 1 cup (roasted) Cumin seed – 1 tsp Mustard seed – 1 tsp Salt – 1 tsp Maggie masala – 1 tsp Onion- 1 (finely chopped) Tomato- 1 (finely chopped) Green peas – 5-6 tsp Green chili – 1-2 (finely chopped) Oil – 2 tsp
INSTRUCTIONS
Take a pan add 2 tsp oil add cumin seed, mustard seed. Then add green chili, onion sauté until the onion becomes brown. Now add tomato, green peas, and cook until tomato gets soft then add Maggie masala if you don’t have Maggie masala than add ½ tsp mirch powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder, and ½ tsp chat masala. Add roasted vermicelli mix it well and add water and cover it and cook for 5-7 min until vermicelli cooked properly. Vermicelli upma is ready to serve.
