Hello Dosto aaj hum bnayenge Pav Bhaji wo bhi ekdum mumbai style me. aaj mai aapko isko aasan treeke se bnana btaungi. To aap iss video ko pura dekhiye taaki koi bhi step aap miss na kare.

Prep: 15 min | Cook: 25 min | Serves: 4

Ingredients

Cabbage – 1 cup
Green peas – 1 cup
Potatoes – 2 medium size
Carrot- 1 cup
Cauliflower - 1 cup
Capsicum - 1chopped
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
Onion paste -2 tbsp
Turmeric -1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder -1 tbsp
Red chili powder -1 tbsp
Pav bhaji masala – 2 tbsp
Tomato puree -1 cup
Salt - 1 tbsp
Oil -4 tbsp
Butter -4 tbsp

Steps you need to follow (with timestamp):

1) Vegetable for this recipe - 00:36
2) Transfer chopped vegetables into a pressure cooker - 00:53
3) Separate vegetables in a bowl for mash - 01:58
4) Heat oil in a pan over medium flame & adding ingredients - 02:43
5) Adding mashed vegetables for final preparation of bhaji - 05:10
6) Preparing pan with butter for Pav (bun) - 06:43

Directions:

Step 1: Take all the vegetables listed in the ingredients. Wash them and cut them into small pieces.

Step 2: Transfer chopped vegetables into a pressure cooker. Add 1/2 cup water and close the pressure cooker with a lid and cook for 2-whistles. Turn off the flame. Open the lid after pressure releases naturally; it will take around 5-7 minutes.

Step 3: Mash the boiled vegetables gently with a potato masher and make a smooth Veg puree and keep aside


Step 4: Heat oil in a pan over medium flame. Add and ginger-garlic paste and onion paste. Saute until onion turns light brown.

Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and readymade pav bhaji masala powder and mix it well.

Step 5: Add chopped tomato puree and salt

Stir and cook for a minute

Add 1/4 cup water, mix well, and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add boiled and mashed vegetables.

Mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes. Add pav bhaji masala mix it well and Turn off the flame. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Bhaji is ready for serving.

Step 6: Cut the pav buns horizontally into halves. Heat Tava over medium flame. Add a tablespoon of butter and place halved pav buns over it. Shallow fry both sides until light brown spots appear, it will take around 30 seconds for each side to turn light brown. Transfer to the plate. Transfer prepared bhaji to a plate and garnish with a cube of butter. Serve hot with butter-roasted pav, sliced onion and lemon wedges.
