INGREDIENTS
Dalia/ Broken wheat -1 cup Cumin seed/jeera – 1 tbsp Chilli – 1 tbsp (finely chopped) Onion -1 (finely chopped) Carrot – 1 (grated) Capsicum- 1 (finely chopped) Tomato – 1 (finely chopped) Coriander – 2 tbsp (finely chopped) Turmeric powder- ½ tbsp Red chilli powder – ½ tbsp Chat masala – ½ tbsp Salt – ½ tbsp Oil – 2 tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS
Firstly wash dalia if there is any impurities it will remove. Take a pan to add Dalia, 2 cup water cover it and cook it for 5 min. Take another pan to add 2 tbsp oil, cumin seed, Add green chilli, onion, carrot, capsicum, tomato sauté well. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala mix it well. Add cooked dalia into it and mix it well. Add chopped coriander and cook for 2 min.
Dalia upma is ready, enjoy this healthy upma.
