Aaj ki humari recipe hai Veg Manchurian ekdum restaurant jesa & today we are going to make this restaurant style veg manchurian at home. It is a very popular and tasty Indo Chinese recipe it is served as a party starter. Indo Chinese has become a very popular lunch or dinner for Indians.it is also served with fried rice and noodles.

Ingredients-

Onion -1 (chopped)
Spring Onion- 1 (chopped)
Green Chilli -1-2
Garlic- 4-5
Ginger- 1Tbsp (finely chopped)
Capsicum - 2 chopped
Carrot-2Grated
Cabbage-200 Gram
Tomato sauce- 1 Tbsp
Salt-1/2 tbsp
Black Pepper-1/4Tbsp
Soya sauce-2
Vinegar -1 Tbsp
Oil-2 Tbsp for Sauce +for fry
Purpose Flour ( maida) - 4 Tbsp
Corn Flour - 4 tbsp
