Method
Step 1: Cut the heads of the bhindi. Cut it from the center and remove the seeds.
Step 2: Take a bowl Put the bhindi in a bowl and add 3 tbsp besan, 2 tbsp rice flour, salt, chili powder, amchur powder.
Step 3: Gently mix them so that the bhindi evenly coated.
step 4: Take a pan and let the oil hot on a high flame. Deep fry the bhindi.
Step 5: The bhindi is ready. Take out and sprinkle chaat masala.
