Ingredients
For the puree
Tomatoes — 1cup Onion — 1 cup Cashew nuts – 10-12 Ginger chopped — 1 1/2 tbsp Garlic cloves — 8 Bay leaf – 1 Black cardamom – 1 Green cardamom — 2 Cinnamon stick (small) — 1 Cloves — 4 Butter- 2 tbsp Green chilly – 2 chopped Chilly powder (Kashmiri) – 1 tbsp Salt -1 tbsp Water
In the pan
Butter – 2 tbsp Green chilly – 1 chopped Ginger chopped – 1 tsp Paneer cubes – 1 1/2 cup Pinch of salt Curry – add the above-pureed curry Cream –1/2 cup Fenugreek powder – 1/4 tsp

Method
Step 1: For the puree mix all the ingredients tomatoes, onion, cashew nuts, ginger chopped, Garlic cloves, bay leaf, black cardamom, green cardamom, cinnamon stick (small), cloves butter, green chilly chopped, chilly powder (Kashmiri), salt, water. Cook till the tomatoes get mushy and onion gets soften.
Step 2: Cool completely and transfer to a blender, blend to smooth paste without adding any water
Step 3: Sieve the puree making sure the puree is smooth and silky. Keep aside.
Step 4: Now Heat a pan and add butter. Add chopped chilly and chopped ginger.
Step 5: Add paneer dices and sprinkle salt on it. Now add the curry cook for 2 min
Step 6: Fresh cream and mix it well
Step 7: Fenugreek powder and cook it for 5 min in low flame. Turn off the gas and serve hot.
