Paneer Pakoda or Paneer Pakora is a famous snack recipe from Amritsar. It is super crispy and goes well with Tomato Ketchup and Coriander Mint Chutney.

Ingredients For Batter:
(Serves 3)
- 2 tbsp Gram Flour
- 2 tbsp Rice Flour
- 2 tbsp Refined Flour
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
- 1/2 tsp Carom Seeds
- 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 Lemon Juice
- Salt
- Water

Ingredients For Amritsari Paneer Pakora:
- 500 gms Paneer
- Salt
- Oil(for frying)
- Dried Mango Powder

Method:
1. Take gram flour in a large bowl, and add rice flour, refined flour, asafoetida, carom seeds, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, lemon juice, salt, water to it
2. Mix it and keep it aside
3. Now, take paneer; add salt over it and mix it
4. Dip the paneer pieces in batter and put it the wok with hot oil
5. Let it fry over a high flame and take it out in a plate, once it turns golden brown
6. Garnish it with some dried mango powder
