Ingredients For Amritsari Paneer Pakora: - 500 gms Paneer - Salt - Oil(for frying) - Dried Mango Powder
Method: 1. Take gram flour in a large bowl, and add rice flour, refined flour, asafoetida, carom seeds, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, lemon juice, salt, water to it 2. Mix it and keep it aside 3. Now, take paneer; add salt over it and mix it 4. Dip the paneer pieces in batter and put it the wok with hot oil 5. Let it fry over a high flame and take it out in a plate, once it turns golden brown 6. Garnish it with some dried mango powder
