Paneer Potli is a North Indian snack recipe made by stuffing cottage cheese and spice mixture inside the potli like sheet. This snack recipe is an interesting dish to serve with evening tea. Ingredients:-
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Ginger-garlic-green chilli, crushed
1 cup Spring Onion Greens
Coriander leaves
1 tsp Coriander-cumin powder
1 tsp Black pepper powder
Salt to taste
150 grams Paneer
Oil for frying

For Dough
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
1 cup Wheat Flour
Salt
2 tbsp Ghee
Water

Method:-
Heat oil in a pan, add crushed ginger-garlic-green chili, saute them.
Add spring onion greens, coriander, coriander-cumin powder, black pepper powder, salt, mix well.
Lower the flame and add paneer, mix well.
Switch off the flame and take the mixture out on a plate.
Heat oil in a vessel, make small balls of the dough.
Roll it into a disc-like shape and fill the mixture into it and wrap it like a modak.
Fry these prepared potlis in hot oil on high to low flame.
Take it out on a serving plate once they slightly start changing color.
