Ingredients:- 2 tbsp Oil 1 cup Ground Masala Coriander leaves 1 tsp Kitchen King Masala 1 tsp Mix Masala 1 tsp Coriander-Cumin seeds powder Salt to taste 150 grams Paneer Water as required 3 tbsp Cashew powder
For Masala 1 Onion 5-6 Garlic Green Chilli, according to taste Coriander, few strands
Method:- Heat oil in a pan, add masala and saute it for some time. Add coriander leaves, kitchen king masala, mix masala, coriander-cumin powder, salt, mix well and saute it on low flame. Add paneer, water, let it cook for 5 minutes and then add cashew powder, mix well. Add water, coriander, mix well, close the lid and let it cook. Switch off the gas, take it out in a vessel and garnish it with coriander and almonds.
For Masala In a mixer jar. add onion, garlic, green chilli, coriander and grind it into a fine paste.
