Learn how to make Matar Paneer Pulao at home with Chef Archana Arte on Ruchkar Mejwani.

This palatable pulao recipe is prepared using rice, cottage cheese, a blend of spices, green peas and other veggies. It is rich in flavours and aroma. So do give it a try and share your feedback in the comments below.

5 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Ginger-garlic, crushed
10-12 Curry leaves
3-4 Green chillies, chopped
2 Tomatoes, sliced
1 cup Green peas, peeled (Optional)
Salt to taste
150 grams Cottage cheese/ Paneer, cubed
1 tbsp Pulao Masala
4 cups Rice, cooked
Coriander leaves

Heat oil in a vessel, add ginger-garlic, curry leaves, green chillies, tomatoes, green peas, salt, stir and let it cook.
Cover the lid and let the tomatoes cook for 5 minutes.
Add paneer, pulao masala and mix well.
Add rice, mix well and lower the flame.
Add coriander leaves, close the lid and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Switch off the flame and take it out in a serving bowl.

Our Mattar Paneer Pulao is ready to serve.
