Ingredients:- 5 tbsp Oil 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic, crushed 10-12 Curry leaves 3-4 Green chillies, chopped 2 Tomatoes, sliced 1 cup Green peas, peeled (Optional) Salt to taste 150 grams Cottage cheese/ Paneer, cubed 1 tbsp Pulao Masala 4 cups Rice, cooked Coriander leaves
Method:- Heat oil in a vessel, add ginger-garlic, curry leaves, green chillies, tomatoes, green peas, salt, stir and let it cook. Cover the lid and let the tomatoes cook for 5 minutes. Add paneer, pulao masala and mix well. Add rice, mix well and lower the flame. Add coriander leaves, close the lid and let it cook for 5 minutes. Switch off the flame and take it out in a serving bowl.
