Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup hung curd 3 cloves of garlic 1 1/2 tbsp roasted sesame 2 1/2 tbsp tomato ketchup 1 tsp dried mixed herbs black olives 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 8 - 10 sundried tomatoes 1 1/2 tbsp celery (finely chopped) 1 spring onion (finely chopped) salt to taste
Method:
- Add the roasted sesame seeds to the grinder to get a powdered consistency. - Once you get the powdered consistency, add the finely chopped garlic, boiled and roughly chopped sundried tomatoes, tomato ketchup, red chilli powder and the dried mixed herbs and grind all the ingredients. - Once the ingredients blend well, get them out in a mixing bowl. - Add the hung curd, finely chopped celery, finely chopped parsley, salt to taste, finely chopped spring onion and the greens to the mixing bowl and give it a good mix. - Plate it in a shallow serving plate. Garnish it with some spring onion leaves, roughly chopped sundried tomatoes and black olives.
