00:00July 1st. The precious blood, the price of divine love. The precious blood of Jesus
00:07is the holiest substance on earth and in heaven. Poured out, not as a symbolic act,
00:15but as a real, living, and eternal sacrifice for each soul. From the moment of his scourging
00:22to the final drop spilled at Calvary, his blood was offered willingly for you.
00:28This blood speaks of a love so radical, so absolute, that God himself chose to suffer
00:35and bleed to rescue humanity from sin, death, and eternal separation. This blood is not abstract.
00:45It is intimate. It is the blood that fell onto the wood of the cross, soaked into the earth,
00:51and now floods the sacraments with divine life. It was shed to ransom you, not just
00:57generally, but personally. Each drop declares your worth before heaven. Each wound cries out,
01:05you are loved, you are chosen, you are mine. And even now, that blood continues to intercede
01:12for us before the Father, as Hebrews 12.24 says, the sprinkled blood that speaks more graciously
01:19than the blood of Abel. This is the blood that cleanses the soul in baptism, restores us in confession,
01:27nourishes us in the Eucharist, and seals the dying in the anointing of the sick. It is the thread that
01:33runs through every sacrament, the heart of the church's liturgy, and the light that banishes
01:38spiritual darkness. Without the blood, there is no forgiveness, no new life, no church. With it,
01:47hell is defeated, and heaven is opened wide. Saint Catherine of Siena, a mystic and lover of Christ
01:53crucified, would often refer to the blood as a burning fire of love. In her dialogues with God,
02:00she called it the key that unlocks heaven and the drink that revives dead souls. She said that in the
02:07blood, we find the soul's rebirth, the devil's defeat, and the bride's adornment. Her vision
02:13showed her that the blood not only purifies, it enkindles. It sets the heart aflame with divine
02:20love and urges the soul to live only for God. The precious blood calls not just for admiration,
02:26but for surrender. We are invited to live a life under the blood, to remember it daily,
02:32invoke it in prayer, and trust in its power over every evil. The devil fears nothing more than a
02:39soul covered in the blood of Christ. When we plead it over our homes, our hearts, and our loved ones,
02:45we are taking refuge in the greatest protection heaven offers. Lord Jesus, I adore the blood you
02:52shed for me, drop by drop, wound by wound, with infinite tenderness and power. I ask you now to cover
03:00my mind, my heart, my memories, and my entire life with your precious blood. Cleanse me of all that
03:08is not of you. Enkindle in me a fire like that of St. Catherine, who burned with love for your saving
03:15blood. May I live, breathe, and move as one redeemed and sealed by your sacrifice. I hide myself in your
03:23wounds, and I trust in the power of the blood that never loses its strength. Amen.
