00:09Blessed Alberto Marvelli was born on March 21, 1918 in Italy into a deeply Catholic family.

00:17From a young age, Alberto displayed remarkable faith, integrity, and a desire to serve others.

00:24Alberto's devotion to God was evident in his daily life.

00:27He attended Mass regularly, prayed the Rosary, and often spent hours in Eucharistic adoration.

00:34Inspired by the Gospel, he devoted himself to serving those in need.

00:38During World War II, Alberto's faith and compassion shone even brighter amidst the suffering.

00:44After Rimini was bombed, he risked his life to rescue people from the rubble, provide food

00:50to the starving, and shelter to the displaced.

00:52After the war, Alberto became involved in rebuilding his community, guided by Catholic social teaching.

00:59Alberto's life was cut tragically short on October 5, 1946, when he was struck by a truck

01:06while bicycling to a meeting.

01:09He was only 28 years old, but his legacy of holiness, charity, and dedication to the poor

01:15left an indelible mark.
