00:00July 2nd, the precious blood in the Eucharist, heaven's cup on earth.

00:06The blood of Jesus Christ, once poured out on Calvary, did not vanish into history.

00:12Through the miracle of the Eucharist, this same blood continues to flow today,

00:17silent, hidden, but living and powerful.

00:21At every holy mass, the chalice contains not a symbol, but the very blood of God.

00:26It is offered anew, not as a repetition of Calvary, but as its unbloody re-presentation.

00:34When we kneel at the altar, we are kneeling at the foot of the cross.

00:39Heaven touches earth, and the sacrifice of the Lamb is made present.

00:44This mystery is overwhelming, and yet it is true.

00:48The Church teaches that even if only one soul were present at Mass,

00:52the infinite merits of Christ's Passion would be poured out just for that soul.

00:58Every drop in the chalice was once shed in agony,

01:01from Gethsemane, through the scourging, the crowning, and the crucifixion.

01:07And now, it is offered to you, not in wrath, but in love.

01:13It is the price paid, held gently in the hands of the priest, and placed on the tongue.

01:18St. Padre Pio understood this with immense clarity.

01:23He said,

01:24The world could exist more easily without the sun than without the Mass.

01:28For him, the chalice burned with the fire of Christ's love.

01:33He celebrated Mass with profound reverence, often weeping or bleeding from his stigmata.

01:39The precious blood flowed through his priesthood, healing bodies, converting hearts, and delivering souls from darkness.

01:49His devotion was not emotionalism.

01:52It was the fruit of understanding the immensity of the gift.

01:56This blood has the power to transform every part of our lives.

02:00When received worthily, the Eucharist strengthens us against sin, heals hidden wounds, and increases charity.

02:09It is not just nourishment, it is divine medicine.

02:13Many saints experience spiritual and even physical healing by reverently receiving the Eucharistic blood of Christ.

02:19But even when we cannot receive under both kinds, the fullness of Christ, body, blood, soul, and divinity, is present in either species.

02:31Nothing is lacking.

02:33The precious blood in the chalice reminds us that we are not abandoned.

02:38The crucified Lord is truly with us, offering himself without reserve.

02:42The same blood that defeated death is poured out upon the altar and offered to each soul who approaches with humility.

02:50To ignore this gift, or to receive it coldly, is to reject love itself.

02:55But to embrace it, is to become one with the heart of God.

03:00Let's pray.

03:01Jesus, I adore you.

03:03Truly present in the Eucharist.

03:06Body and blood.

03:07Soul and divinity.

03:09I thank you for not abandoning me, but offering yourself again and again out of mercy.

03:15Cover me with your precious blood.

03:18Let it be my shield in temptation.

03:20My healing in pain.

03:22My light in darkness.

03:24Give me reverence for the altar.

03:26Hunger for the chalice.

03:28And humility to receive you worthily.

03:31Through the prayers of Padre Pio, teach me to love your Mass as he did, with trembling love and holy awe.
