00:00The Arizona Diamondbacks scored 10 runs yesterday on the south side of Chicago
00:04against the White Sox, but with some good, a 10-0 victory, some bad as well.
00:09Their young superstar, Corbin Carroll, placed on the IL, 20 homers, 44 RBIs already this season
00:15on the injured list with a wrist fracture. And a couple of guys plunked yesterday,
00:20Eugenio Suarez and Josh Naylor, also a little bit banged up leaving that game against the Sox.
00:26Yeah, not great. It's a really talented lineup, and now you're starting to see some inefficiencies
00:29there because of injury, because Corbin Carroll at the top of your lineup was an absolute hammer
00:33this year, and now you say he's got a chip bone fracture, I believe, in his wrist. Who knows
00:36how many weeks that's actually going to be knocking him out, which is a shame because
00:40the Diamondbacks rounding into form there, particularly on offense, 40 and 38 on the
00:44season. Their calling card is their offense, and now a couple guys injured, and maybe not just
00:48Carroll, as you said at this point. Maybe we're expecting some other bad news coming down the
00:51line. Hopefully not, but one of the more fun teams to bet here with the ability to have a lot of
00:55switch hitters in the lineup, which includes Corbin Carroll, the lefty at the top of that lineup.
00:58If he's down for any long periods of time, Kital Morte's really got to pick it up, and
01:03he's already hitting .316. Once he's got to hit .400 to make up for Corbin Carroll, hopefully
01:07he's back sooner than later.
