00:53on paypal let's now focus on the video so now let's go around to the dock go to launchpad go

01:00to the application macs of outlook search for this enter to open up the application wait for that to

01:05load once it is loaded let's now go to the top navigation menu within home go to filter emails

01:12if i were to let's just say click on flagged that will filter every email that has been flagged however

01:18as we can see on screen there are no results available so let's just unflag

01:24and now go to a couple of emails flag the email

01:33that's two number three four five six seven now let's go to home go to filter emails go to flagged

01:47as you can see all those seven emails that were flagged and are visible very quickly why would you

01:54want to let's just say flag a few emails that's because you want to see these emails really pop

02:01out on screen which could be very important and therefore it will save you having to let's just say

02:08navigate through all the emails if you have like 20 000 emails or 40 000 emails you can quickly

02:15look at which ones have been flagged and give those the attention and then if i were to let's just say

02:21then click on filter and flagged all those flagged emails will be on screen within a click of a couple

02:28of buttons so we can now click on flagged again and we then see all the other emails so we can now
