00:05forward multiple emails at the same time on the desktop application Microsoft
00:10Outlook using a Mac computer without further ado let us start the video so in
00:16this tutorial you need to have access to a Mac computer have access to the
00:21desktop application Microsoft Outlook we can now start the tutorial before I
00:27start this tutorial I would like to say that you're more than welcome to

01:03launchpad go to the application Microsoft Outlook search for this enter to open up
01:08the application wait for that to load once that is loaded navigate to your inbox where
01:13we have all these emails available what we will do in the previous tutorials you
01:18have seen me for an email as a single email or as an attachment in this tutorial we
01:27will highlight multiple emails at the same time and then go to the top
01:33navigation menu where we have forward click on this as you can see both emails
01:38have now been attached within this email so we can now compile the email please see the
01:55attached emails kind regards and then we can attach the signature if we need to that's fine sent from the
02:22admin now go within two where we have to add the recipient this email or emails will
02:29always be sent to the computer science videos business at gmail account let's
02:35type that in double click on this to confirm that we are sending to the gmail
02:41account that's fine click on send do you want to send the message without subject no I
02:47do not let's just say test email click on send as you can tell by that notification this email
03:02itself has not been sent to the gmail account let's not minimize outlook for the moment now let's go
03:09the middle to the dock go to launchpad go to the additional web browser google chrome click on this
03:14wait for that to load once it has loaded go to the right top corner where we have the gmail shortcut
03:19click on this make sure you are signed into the account click on that email that we have received
03:25let's now click on one attachment this will open up in a new window as part of the email itself that we
03:35are forwarded click on the second attachment and there we go so we can now quit google chrome
03:42go all the way down to the dock again go back to outlook quit outlook i'll say that's over this
