00:00Computer science videos here today to show you guys in the tutorial how to
00:05use multiple filters on the desktop application Microsoft Outlook using a
00:10Mac computer without further ado let us start the video so in the tutorial you
00:15need to have access to a Mac computer of access to the desktop application
00:19Microsoft Outlook we cannot start the tutorial before I start this tutorial I

00:47Instagram you are more than welcome to support me on PayPal let's not focus on
00:54the video so now let's go to the ground to the talk go to launchpad go to the
01:00application Microsoft Outlook search for this enter to open up the application
01:04wait for that to load once it has loaded what we will do is now go to home within
01:09home we have the filters option which allows us to filter emails what I will do
01:16is click on a couple of emails and put these emails as unread and now I will
01:29color categorize an email with blue and now another email what we will do is then
01:39put this email as high priority so we then know what we are working towards the
01:46first filter I will use is unread that's fine if we want to further filter we will
01:55say categorize blue and all the emails that were unread and in category blue have
02:03showed up on screen so what we will do is clear all filters now let's now mark that
02:15as unread we now want to filter by unread yep and then filter all the emails that
02:24are high priority and there we go so we have used multiple filters to look for
02:33specific emails within Microsoft Outlook so we can now clear all the filters
02:42quit Outlook also that's about this video I'll see you guys in my next tutorial
