00:55let's now focus on the video so now let's go down to the dock go to launchpad go to the application

01:02microsoft outlook search for this enter to open up the application once that is loaded now let's go to

01:09our inbox we should have emails that we will be looking to organize delete or maybe add to archive

01:20for archiving so we are looking at a test email that was sent from myself to myself and i want to

01:28add this to archive how do i do that we can right click and then archive or we can also drag and drop

01:35into archive in the tutorial let's just right click archive now let's go to the archive folder and that email

01:44that was in the main inbox has now been added to the archive folder if i were to let's just say add this

01:51back to where it was what i can do is actually move this into the inbox and that should have now moved back

02:01into the main inbox let's just put this back into archive for later click on archive and there we

02:10go so we can now go back to inbox we can now quit outlook and so that's for this video i'll see you
