00:55let's now focus on the video so now let's go down to the dock go to launchpad go to the application

01:01microsoft outlook search for this enter to open up the application wait for that to load once that

01:06is loaded make sure that you all sign into the account so now on screen we have our emails all in

01:15the inbox within that inbox you should have the focused inbox as well as the other inbox if that's

01:23not visible on screen that's okay let's now navigate to organize and then we should see focused

01:29inbox it looks like this is not being clicked on let's click on this to activate the focused inbox and

01:36then we also have the other emails that are within this inbox as part of the main inbox so if i were to

01:44let's just say re-click on focused inbox everything then is now all in one inbox and not focused or

01:53divided into segments let's click on the focused inbox again to activate the focused inbox in outlook

02:02and there we go so we can then divide the emails into subcategories if we want to if we want to have

02:10let's just say a specific email from a specific person to always end up in the other we can also do
