00:56let's now focus on the video so now let's go down to the dock go to launchpad go to the application

01:01max of outlook search for this enter to open up the application wait for that to load once that is

01:07loaded what we will do is go to compile a new email before we do anything let's just now go to view

01:16templates let's now create a template first before we were to let's just say send the email out to the

01:23recipient what we will actually do in this tutorial is actually send an email from the gmail account to

01:31the admin and then we will respond via the shortcut template so click on template let's just say thanks

01:38go to the next box and say dear sir or madam

01:49thank you for your email

01:51kind regards

02:02we can now click on save

02:05let's now close this window that we're on

02:09now let's minimize our look for the moment now let's go down to the dock go to launchpad go to

02:14the alternative web browser which is google chrome enter to open up the web browser let's now go to gmail

02:22now let's compile a brand new email by clicking on compose increase the size of this let's now

02:31add the recipient which will be admin at computer designers videos.com let's just say hello

02:37dear admin

02:50please see this email

02:59kind regards from csv let's now click on send

03:07the email itself has been sent let's now minimize

03:11google chrome for the moment now let's go back to the doc go back to microsoft outlook

03:17and we should see

03:18an email

03:20on screen

03:22which will be sent to us any minute

03:27let's double click on this email

03:29and now let's reply

03:32we can go to view templates
