00:15need to have access to a Mac computer have access to the desktop application

00:19Microsoft Outlook we can now start the tutorial before I start this tutorial I

00:54the video so now let's go the way down to the dock go to launchpad go

00:58to the application Microsoft Outlook search for this enter to open up the

01:02application wait for that to load once that is loaded as you can see on screen

01:06we are offline bottom right corner tells us that we are working offline if I were

01:12to let's just say compile a brand new email and we will be sending this email to

01:18the computer science videos at business gmail account let's not add the

01:24recipient double click on this to confirm that it is being sent to computer

01:30science videos business at gmail.com let's just say DSCSV thank you for your email

01:41kind regards insert that signature let's do that again admin update yes yes that's fine add the

02:03subject hello if I were to now click on send as you can see it has not been sent we

02:15need to go back online let's go to tools click this button that will change to green

02:20once we have connected to the email server and there we go the email itself has

02:27been sent let's now compile another brand new email to the same account hello DSCSV thank

02:46you for your email kind regards attach that signature yep that's fine let's not send

03:02this again as you can see this has been instantaneously sent to the account as we

03:08are now working online let's now minimize outlook for the moment now let's go to

03:12the run out of the dock go to launchpad go to the additional web browser Google

03:16Chrome search for this enter to open up the web browser let's not navigate to Gmail

03:21and there we have the two new emails that we sent when we were offline and then

03:29switch to online that's one and that's two we cannot quit Google Chrome yes we

03:36want to leave let's now go to the run to the dock go back to Microsoft Outlook
