00:10using a Mac computer. Without further ado let us start the video. So in this
00:15tutorial you need to have access to a Mac computer, have access to the desktop
00:20application Microsoft Outlook. We can now start the tutorial. Before I start this

00:54Let's now focus on the video. So now let's go down to the dock. Go to
00:59Launchpad. Go to the application Microsoft Outlook. Search for this. Enter to open up
01:04the application. Wait for that to load. Once that is loaded let's now compile a
01:07brand new email. Go to home. Go to new email and we will be using dictation to
01:13compile this email. So before we add the recipient or subject let's just get into
01:18compiling this email. Now let's go to message dictate dear admin comma new line new line
01:38Thank you for your email. Full stop. New line. New line. Kind regards. Comma. New line. New line.
02:06We can now stop the dictation. Let's now insert a signature. Admin update. That's fine. Yep. We can now select the recipient. We will always be sending to the computer science videos business at gmail account. Double click on this to confirm that it is computer science videos business at gmail.com. That's fine. Choose a subject. Let's just say test.
02:34Let's now send this. The email itself has been sent. Let's now minimize our look for the moment.
02:43Now let's go to the dock. Go to Launchpad. Go to the alternative web browser. Be in Google Chrome. Click on this. Wait for that to load. Navigate to your Gmail account.
02:54And there we have that email that we compiled using dictation only. So we can now quit Google Chrome. Let's now go over to the dock again. Go back to Microsoft Outlook. Quit Outlook.
