00:00Computer Science videos here today to show you guys in this tutorial how to
00:05edit a template on the desktop application Microsoft Outlook using a
00:10Mac computer. What I further do, let us start the video. So in this tutorial you
00:15need to have access to Mac computer, have access to the desktop application
00:19Microsoft Outlook. We can now start the tutorial. Before I start this tutorial I
00:25would like to say that you are more than welcome to subscribe to my channel

00:55the video. So now let's go down to the dock. Go to launchpad. Go to the
00:59application Microsoft Outlook. Search for this. Enter to open up the application.
01:04Wait for that to load once it is loaded. Now let's compile a brand new email by
01:08going to home new email. Before we do anything let's now go to view templates
01:13and let's click on a template we wish to insert. That will be inserted within this
01:21email. However we want to edit this template so we can then reuse this over
01:28and over again without having to make changes concurrently. So let's delete
01:33everything we have on screen. Highlight. Delete. Let's now edit by clicking on the
01:41edit template button. This will open up the edit section where we can change the
01:49title. Let's change to thanks for your email. Within the email box let's just say
02:01thank you for your email. I am waiting for your response.
02:08Let's now click on save. So that template itself has been saved. We can now click X. Close
02:24this. Discard the changes. Let's now minimize the Outlook application. Now let's go down to
02:31the dock. Go to launchpad. Go to the alternative web browser. Google Chrome. Enter to open up the web
02:37browse and go to Gmail. Let's now compose a brand new email. Increase the size of
02:44this. Click on X. This will be sent to the admin account. Admin at computer science
02:50videos.com. Let's just say hello. Dear admin. Please see the email. Kind regards.
03:08CSV. Click on send. Minimize Google Chrome for the moment. Now let's go down to the dock. Go back to
03:15Microsoft Outlook. We should receive that email. There we go. Click on this. Double click on this
03:30to open up. Go to reply. And now go to templates. Click on the edited template. And there we go.
03:40So we can now insert a signature. Admin. Update. Yes. Yes. There we go. Let's now click on send.
03:53That response has been sent to the computer science videos business.gmail.com account. Minimize
04:00Outlook. Go all the way down to the dock. Go back to Google Chrome. And there we go. So we can now quit
04:06Google Chrome. We can now go all the way down to the dock. Go back to Microsoft Outlook. Quit Outlook.
