00:06email library on the desktop application Microsoft Outlook using a Mac computer.
00:12Without further ado, let us start the video. So in this tutorial, you need to have access to a Mac
00:18computer, have access to the desktop application Microsoft Outlook. We can now start the tutorial.

00:57So now let's go over to the doc. Go to launchpad. Go to the application Microsoft Outlook.
01:03Search for this. Enter to open up the application. Wait for the application to load once it is loaded.
01:09What we will do is make sure that we are signed into the account and then navigate
01:14on top toolbar to tools. This will allow us to import and export. In this tutorial, we are looking
01:21to export everything that is on file. So, export. This will then bring a pop-up on screen that will
01:29allow us to export to archivefile.olm, which is a file extension. What do you want to export?
01:37We can choose. We'll just have everything clicked. So, it's emails, calendar, contacts, tasks and notes.
01:45Depending on how big the files are, this could take some time to export. However, in this tutorial,
01:51we are exporting very small files. So, it should export within minutes. Let's now click on continue.
02:00We will have this saved on the desktop. That's fine.
02:08Everything now is being exported. Your data has exported. We can export more if we wish to.
02:15Let's just click on finish. Now, let's minimize my outlook for the moment. And here we have the
02:21outlook for macarchive.olm file ready for importing onto another machine if we need to. So, let's now go
02:32even on to the dock. Go back to maximum outlook. Quit outlook. Ask the last of this video. I'll see you
