00:05locate your draft emails on the desktop application Microsoft Outlook using a
00:11Mac computer without further ado let us start the videos on the tutorial you
00:16need to have access to a Mac computer have access to the desktop application
00:20Microsoft Outlook we can now start the tutorial before I start this tutorial I

00:55the video so now let's go the way down to the dock go to launchpad go to the
01:02application Microsoft Outlook search for this enter to open up the application
01:06wait for the application to load once that has loaded before we do anything
01:10let's just compile a brand new email we will not be sending this let's just say
01:15hello insert the signature yes yes that's it we don't even need to add a
01:25recipient or a subject we will just cancel this now clicking on the red let's
01:30save this as a draft you are closing a message that has not been sent to save
01:35the message click save as draft the message will be saved in the draft folder
01:39that's fine save as draft and so now to locate the draft emails you may be
01:46thinking where do I need to go where do I need to look that's fine let's go to the
01:50left hand side menu within the inbox beneath the inbox we have drafts if we
01:57click on this this will take us to all the emails that may have been compiled but
02:03were never sent or you may have forgot to send the email that you may need to let's
02:08just say send the next day so we get saved in draft so there we have the email on
02:14top that we compiled but was not sent out here we have another email that was also
02:20compiled but was never sent out so if we want to send these emails we will then
02:26click in the email it would then take us back to the window where we were
02:31compiling that email and then if we want to send let's just send this to the
02:34computer science videos our business gmail accounts double click on this to
02:40confirm that we are sending this to the computer science videos business our gmail
02:43account let's just say hello in the subject
02:53see this email let's now send so that email itself has now been sent to the
03:01gmail account let's now minimize our look for the moment now let's go to the
03:04run to the dock go to launchpad go to the additional web browser Google Chrome
03:08search for this enter to open up the web browser go to the right top
03:13corner of the screen where we have Gmail click on this and then we will see that
03:17email that was in the draft section once we clicked on that we then decided to send
03:22this to the Gmail inbox we can now quit Google Chrome we can now go to the dock go back to Microsoft Outlook we
03:31can now quit Outlook and so that's about this video I'll see you guys in my tutorial thanks for now
