00:13video so in the tutorial you need to have access to a Mac computer have access to the desktop

00:54on the video so now let's go the way down to the dock go to launchpad go to the application

01:00Microsoft Outlook search for this enter to open up the application wait for that to load once it is

01:05loaded what we will do is now go to the top navigation menu or the toolbar go to outlook click on work

01:14offline we are now offline everything we send as an email will not be sent until we change back to

01:23online as you can see on the bottom right corner it says working offline so let's now compose a new email

01:31we will be sending this email to the computer science videos business at gmail account double

01:38click on this to ensure it is being sent to the gmail account that's fine let's now compile a new email

01:43let's just say hello csv thank you for your email

01:54kind regards

01:57let's now set that signature admin yes yes that's fine let's now choose a subject let's just say hello

02:08click on send as you can now see the email has not been sent it's still here in the outbox

02:17so if i was let's just say go to organize or go to tools change back to online the minute we switch

02:26back to online the email itself has been sent to our recipient we can now minimize outlook for the moment

02:33now let's go down to the dock go to launchpad go to the additional web browser google chrome

02:40enter to open up the web browser let's now go to gmail and there we have that email

02:48which says hello csv thank you for your email kind regards admin

02:53we can now quit google chrome now let's go to the dock go back to microsoft outlook go back to your inbox
