00:16this tutorial you need to have access to a Mac computer have access to the
00:20desktop application Microsoft Outlook we can now start this tutorial before I

00:55on PayPal let's not focus on the video so now let's go down to the dock go to
01:02launchpad go to the application Microsoft Outlook search for this enter to open up
01:07the application wait for the application to load once that is loaded the first
01:12way to navigate and locate your contacts let's go to the toolbar on top where we
01:16see view click on this then go to where it says go to this will give us the
01:21option to click email calendar people tasks and notes we want the people click
01:27on this and there we go all the contacts that we have created within Microsoft
01:33Outlook are now available on screen if we wish to go back to email view go to
01:38email the second way to quickly navigate to your contacts is the shortcut command and
01:46three that takes us directly to the contacts let's go back one view go to email and now
01:56the third way to locate your contacts within the Microsoft Outlook desktop
02:02application is to navigate to the bottom left corner of the screen where we have
02:06email calendar and then people click on this that takes us directly to our contacts so we can now go
02:14back to view go to email we can now quit Outlook and so that's about this video I'll see you guys in my next tutorial
